How to book:
Drop-off windows help us plan for your bike’s arrival so we can have everything ready and get it turned around quickly, minimising time off the road or trail. If you’re unsure, feel free to select multiple slots — we’re flexible.
Choose a 1.5hr drop-off window
Provide a few details (a photo is helpful too)
Drop your bike off (location pin in confirmation email)
We will have your bike ready in 3 days *
Collect at your convenience (we can even deliver too! **)
* Provided we don’t need to order any parts in or specific tools for the job, we can turn your bike around in 3 days, often sooner.
** We can deliver within a reasonable distance of the workshop and we like to do these in bulk so we spend less time on the road and more time working on customers’ bikes - let’s discuss your requirements.
