Swap a tyre on an existing clincher wheel. Tube not included.

Tubeless
Tubeless setup — new wheel
Rim tape, valve, sealant and tyre seat. Includes pressure test.

Tubeless refresh — existing setup
Old sealant dries out and has to come out before a fresh charge — messy and time-consuming. That’s why it costs more.

Tubeless puncture repair
Plug or patch where sealant hasn’t sealed. Sealant top-up included.

Wheel true (per wheel)
Minor tension adjustment to remove hops and wobbles. Existing spokes only.

Spoke replacement and wheel true
Replace broken or damaged spokes, then re-true the whole wheel.

As above, but tubeless tape must be re-run after spoke access. More involved.

Hub servicing
Strip and re-grease — front hub
Full strip, clean, regrease and reassembly. Restores smooth bearing action.

Internal gear hubs (Nexus, Alfine etc.) need periodic oil and adjustment.

Remove, refit and set reach/height. Cables re-routed if needed.

Frame and forks
Straighten rear derailleur hanger
A bent hanger is the most common cause of poor shifting. Quick fix, big difference.

Frame alignment check
Check dropouts and frame are true. Essential after a crash or if handling feels off.

Fork fitting
Remove old fork, fit new, set headset preload and bar height.

Steerer tube resize
Cut steerer to length and reface. Required when fitting a new fork or changing stack height.

Drain old oil, clean stanchions and seals, refill. Restores smooth action and protects the internals.
